We booked a fishing tour and it was so gnarly to catch our own dinner, totally felt like pro fishermen. We also went reindeer sledding, which was like straight out of a movie! It was a rad adventure with our friends, making memories to last a lifetime.

TBH, the only thing we'd ask for is a bit more of a party vibe for us young, party-going peeps. It was more chill and relaxed, which is cool and all, but a little more excitement would've taken our stay to the next level, ya know?

All was perfect.

the cottage was idyllic with a cozy wood stove to keep warm. It was a delight falling asleep to the crackling of the fire. the lodge also provided access to other buildings for food preparation, showers, and bathrooms. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast each morning was lovely. I especially enjoyed the opportunity to interact with the reindeer, learning about their relationship with the Sami people and even feeding them.

We loved the campfire nights and feeding the reindeer. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, and their knowledge of Sami culture was fascinating. The location of the lodge was absolutely stunning, with beautiful views of the water and a peaceful atmosphere. the outdoor museum with the reindeer was a wonderful experience. the huts were equipped with everything we needed, including a cozy fireplace which made our stay warm and comfortable. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and we enjoyed feeding the reindeers on the property. the breakfast provided was great and the sauna was a nice addition to our stay. the 20-minute walk to Jukkasjärvi church was a pleasant way to explore the area.

The cleaning of the toilets could have been more thorough, which was a minor inconvenience. considering that the property was self-catering, we felt that it was slightly overpriced.
